Veniero37 - Whole apartment

Veniero37 Guest House is a lovely apartment recently completely renovated, with free WIFI, air conditioning and luggage store free of charge in the center of Rome, composed of a dining room/fully equipped kitchen and two spacious double rooms, WITH LARGE CERTIFICATED SOUNDPROOF WINDOWS, king size beds plus one new sofa bed with 18 cm high mattress and folding cot for a child up to two years. 

The kitchen will be at your disposal, you can use the equipment and supplies of tea, coffee and other products, detergents and soaps that you will find.

Pets are welcome, upon prior notice, at a cost of 20.00 Euros per night.

We are sure you will appreciate the comfort, the clearness, the furniture and equipment of the accommodation.

Check-in process it’s very easy, you can enter using just your personal code to dial on the keypad valid for any access. You can arrive when you want, no keys or cards or internet connection!

You can leave your luggage in the luggage corner at the entry under video surveillance before check-in and after check-out, no charge required, to visit Roma with no worries on your arriving or departure day.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Check-out is by 10:30 AM.

Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM without time restrictions.

It's required to fill out the check-in form, we'll send you a link few days before check-in to register yourself and any other guest - please note that a copy your/main guest Identity Document - PASSPORT OR EUROPEAN IDENTITY CARD - is required in attachment.

If you need flexible hours, please contact us in advance: we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Cancellation policies

• Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
• From 30 to 14 days before arrival: payment of 50% of the total cost
• From 14 days before arrival: payment of the total cost
  

Booking Change

• It is possible to request just once a change to the arrival date up to 14 days before without additional costs, with the exception of the price difference in case of a change to an available period subject to a higher rate, for accommodation similar to the one booked. Veniero37 Guest House is located 5-minute walking from “Ottaviano – Musei Vaticani” as well as “Cipro” Metro stop line A, and it's very close to the bus stop, and 15-minutes walking to the SIT Shuttle Bus stop from/to the Airports of Fiumicino, Ciampino and Civitavecchia Port.

For your transfer we can suggest you a airport/railway station trustable private shuttle service for an extra fee. 

If you are driving your own car/motorbike there is a covered Parking “Mercato Trionfale – Musei Vaticani” located just 5 minutes walking.

Metro service Hours:

• Friday and Saturday night Metro service ends at 1:30 AM
• from Sunday to Thursday Metro service ends at 11:30 PM

Even though we are in a central area loved by tourists, the neighborhood retains a very charming popular atmosphere of "old Rome".

You will appreciate the central location a few steps from the Vatican Museum, very close to the subway station red line A "Ottaviano - Musei Vaticani" - 5 minutes walking - (or alternatively stop Cipro), 20 minutes from the Termini train station (6 metro line A stops).

With a nice and easy walk, you will be in Saint Peter’s square and Castel Sant’Angelo, just along the Tevere river. In the area there are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, commercial streets full of shops, and one of the most famous and very typical popular market in Rome, Mercato Trionfale where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh fish, meat, salami, ham and cheese of traditional italian and roman cuisine.
