• Free WIFI, air conditioning, electricity, water and heating, tiding up and final cleaning are included in the price
• Coffee, tea, herbal teas, biscuits and crackers are offered in the coffee corner
• Before check-in is required to send a copy of your ID
• The change of towels and the tiding of the room takes place at least every three days, and bed linen every week, unless otherwise required or requested
  
• Please RESPECT QUITE TIME from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• PETS ALLOWED  - for a FEE - only on REQUEST
  
• Smoking is NOT allowed in any part of the property
• No parties or events are allowed
• No unregistered guests are allowed

We try as much as possible to reduce the environmental impact, therefore we have eliminated soaps and detergents in single-use packages, crockery, glasses and plastic bottles and we have set up containers for recycling under the sink. It doesn't take much to reduce waste, help us to make the best use of water and energy resources.
