Room THREE - Style & Stone Guest House

Style e Stone Guest House lets you breathe the true spirit of authentic Rome, in a characteristic building from the middle 1800s, a 5-minutes walk from the Vatican Museums and 10-minutes walk from St. Peter's Basilica.

A few steps from the Metro A station - Ottaviano Musei Vaticani - you will find all the charm and style of popular Rome, in the absolute quiet of a completely renovated and soundproofed apartment, with air conditioning and WiFi.

Cosy and elegant double room, with air conditioning, heating, frigobar, locker, luggage rack bench, smart TV, WI-FI, king size bed, with quality mattress with topper, private bathroom.

It can accommodate up to two adults and a cot.

In the common area shared with other guests you will find two tables, four chairs, microwave oven, American coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, induction plate, coffee, tea, herbal teas, biscuits at your disposal, dishes and pots to prepare your breakfast.

In the additional bathroom situted in the common area you will find iron and ironing board, washer / dryer machine. 

Check-in is really simple and convenient, you can enter using a single personal code to type on the keypad, valid for any access, except for the main door of the building, for which we will give you the key (soon we will install a keypad for this access too)

If you need, you can store your luggage in the luggage closet - located at the entrance - with a programmable electronic lock, before check-in and after check-out, without any additional cost, to visit Rome without any worries even on the day of your arrival and departure.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Check-out is by 10:30 AM.

Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM without time restrictions.

It's required to fill out the check-in form, we will send you a link few days before check-in to register yourself and any other guest - please note that a copy your/main guest Identity Document - PASSPORT OR EUROPEAN IDENTITY CARD - is required in attachment.

If you need flexible hours, please contact us in advance: we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

Cancellation policies

• Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
• From 30 to 14 days before arrival: payment of 50% of the total cost
• From 14 days before arrival: payment of the total cost

Booking Change: It is possible to request just once a change to the arrival date up to 7 days before without additional costs, with the exception of the price difference in case of a change to an available period subject to a higher rate, for accommodation similar to the one booked. Style & Stone Guest House is located 5-minute walking from “Ottaviano – Musei Vaticani” Metro stop line A and to the bus stop, 15-minutes walking to the Shuttle Bus stop from/to the Airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino.

For your transfer we can suggest you a airport/railway station trustable shuttle service.

If you are driving your own car/motorbike there is a covered Parking “Mercato Trionfale – Musei Vaticani” located just 5 minutes walking.
